Shower scenes get more visible and lewd with progression
Having the tongue monster open the shower scene, the scene could also progress as the lewd level increase. This could also work with the sleeping scenes and or cleaning scenes in some way.
I really like how the mimic messes with you during the mini game now. I think in the future if you brew more monstrous potions you can have them make their way into the mini game as well. And maybe even interact with eventual client scenes as well.
With the new cleaning system added, I think a nice piece of visual storytelling would be changing what you clean the later you get into the game. At first its papers and potions, then once things get lewd its cum and condoms.

Lesbian content. At some point Herione says something like "it'll make the girls jealous". What if those jealous girls showed up at some point? (I know i posted this suggestion already).
Add sextoys to Snape's training options. Let him give hermione a buttplug, remote/magic vibrator etc. to wear while working. The buttplug would give a feeling of shame and thrill and give some nice views for the customer and a start to some anal activity. The vibrator would make brewing harder, but would give bigger tips from the customers. The vibrator would also let Hermione cum between brewing and selling the third potion to the customer.

After the storyline, add a cheats section where you can: increase money, walk without underwear, skip loan payments
Why not add such an outfit and make her personality change from polite to more aggressive and sexually alluring so that she responds rudely and sharply
Much like Hermione has poses she does as part of the Rest or Lewd potion preparation, if there is a Female VIP then that woman enters these scenes randomly to fondle or make-out with Hermione. Also include these potential interactions for when the potion making timed event is happening.
At the moment all the potion-brewing scenes are tied simply to the lewd stat — I can't speak for everyone, but personally I would find it far more interesting if Pixie handed out various little challenges, along the lines of "Go on, lift your skirt with your hand — that'll definitely boost the tips," and Hermione is at first all "no way, absolutely not," then she does it, then she shares her impressions with Pixie, and only after that do those scenes get added to the general pool.
A fairly easy-to-implement feature that will be incredibly useful toward the end of the game — when you choose flirting instead of rest, there is a small bar with a sweet spot you can hit to brew a perfect potion. The idea is to make it so that each successful 3-star brew increases that sweet spot by a few pixels.
